• Account & Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your Account and for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations;
• Transaction & Gaming Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction or gaming session;
• KYC Documents: Retained for the period required by applicable Philippine regulations, typically five (5) years from the end of the business relationship;
• Communications Data: Retained for up to three (3) years from the date of the communication, unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution or legal proceedings;
• Technical & Usage Data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, after which it is aggregated or anonymized.

When personal data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, restbet will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

10. Children's Privacy

The restbet Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style gambling. restbet does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If restbet becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated Account. If you believe that a minor has registered on the restbet Platform, please contact our support team immediately.

11. International Data Transfers

restbet's primary operations and data storage are based in the Philippines. In some cases, personal data may be processed by service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or international payment processors.
